Job summary

Kaztronix is seeking a Research Scientist In Vitro ADME to oversee scheduling, conduct, analysis, archiving, and reporting of weekly in vitro screening assays including metabolic intrinsic clearance, CYP450 inhibition, and reaction phenotyping studies.

The role involves building LC-MS/MS methods for high-throughput ADME assays, data analysis, and independent task management in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline; Ph.D. with 0-3 years acceptable.
• Hands-on experience with in vitro ADME assays preferred.
• High-throughput screening and LC/MS/MS experience preferred.
• Hamilton robotic liquid handler experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly in vitro ADME assays including intrinsic clearance and CYP450 studies.
• Prepare reagents, maintain equipment, and manage supplies.
• Analyze, record, archive data, and prepare summary reports.
• Develop high-quality LC-MS/MS methods for HTADME and troubleshoot instruments.
