Job summary

Agile Space Industries, Inc. in Durango, CO and Seattle, WA seeks a Product Lead for integrated propulsion systems. You will own the product line, define roadmaps, coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, program management, and business development, and shape how Agile designs and delivers propulsion solutions.

Travel up to 50% may be required; occasional short-notice customer support and technical assistance are possible as Agile grows.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or related field; 10+ years in aerospace or related technical field.
• Proven experience with hypergolic rocket engine propulsion systems and related subsystems.
• Experience supporting gated design reviews and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Drive product definition and roadmap planning for in-space propulsion systems.
• Lead technical activities related to business development and proposal efforts.
• Define and maintain product-level technical requirements and SRR to execution handoff.
• Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, program management, and business development.
