Mortgage Solutions of Colorado, LLC d/b/a Mortgage Solutions Financial (MSF) is seeking a versatile Litigation Attorney to serve as in-house generalist across mortgage origination, servicing, banking compliance, and litigation management.

You will advise leadership, draft agreements, supervise paralegals, and ensure regulatory compliance. Colorado Springs location with possible remote status, competitive salary, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active state bar admission with ability to obtain Colorado licensure.
• Experience advising corporate clients on contract law, mortgage/banking compliance, or litigation management.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-house legal support across MSF business lines and departments.
• Oversee litigation, outside counsel, discovery, and settlements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and financing agreements.
• Supervise paralegals and legal staff; ensure regulatory compliance.
