Mortgage Solutions of Colorado, LLC d/b/a Mortgage Solutions Financial (MSF) is seeking an in-house Litigation Attorney to provide broad legal support across MSF business lines. The role covers corporate governance, mortgage origination, loan servicing, and banking compliance.

Ideal candidates have a J.D., Colorado bar admission, and experience in contract drafting, litigation management, and regulatory matters. Remote work is considered but not preferred; location is Colorado Springs.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active state bar admission, with ability to obtain Colorado licensure.
• 1–3 years corporate, contractual, or general civil legal practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily legal advice and research to managers and supervisors across internal business units.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and service agreements.
• Oversee litigation management and coordination with outside counsel.
