Mortgage Solutions Financial is seeking a General Attorney I–III to provide broad in-house legal support across all business lines from its Colorado Springs location. The role covers corporate governance, mortgage origination and servicing, compliance with federal/state laws, and risk management.

The attorney will supervise paralegals, draft and negotiate contracts, manage litigation, and advise leadership on regulatory matters. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active state bar admission; ability to obtain CO licensure (via reciprocity or limited in-house counsel licensing).
• Experience levels: Attorney I 1–3 years; II 3–6 years; III 6+ years in corporate/financial services settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver versatile, in-house legal support across MSF business lines and departments.
• Advise on general commercial transactions, mortgage origination/servicing, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage litigation, disputes, and external counsel; oversee e-discovery and workflow.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and vendor agreements.
• Supervise paralegals and legal staff; advise HR on employment matters.
