Mortgage Solutions of Colorado, LLC d/b/a Mortgage Solutions Financial (MSF) is seeking a Mortgage Compliance & Loan Servicing Attorney to serve as a versatile in-house generalist. You will advise on mortgage origination, servicing, banking compliance, risk management, and corporate governance, reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel.

The role also encompasses contract drafting, litigation management, HR/employment matters, and supervision of paralegal staff.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school is required.
• Active state bar admission with Colorado licensure via reciprocity or in-house licensing.
• Experience in corporate, financial services, or related practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily legal counsel to leadership across MSF business units.
• Advise on mortgage origination, servicing, banking compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Oversee litigation, disputes, and manage outside counsel.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and vendor agreements.
• Supervise paralegal staff and manage internal workflows.
• Advise HR on employment law matters and policies.
• Handle miscellaneous general legal duties as assigned.
