Telecare Corporation seeks an Employment Counsel to report to the General Counsel with a dotted line to HR leadership. You will advise on labor and employment matters, partner with HR, risk, and finance, and guide strategies to minimize risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5–7 years of employment law experience, in-house experience preferred, and a strong track record in settlements, training, and managing legal staff. This full-time position is based in Oregon.

Competenze

• J.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited law school, with strong academic credentials.
• California Bar Admission in good standing.
• 5–7 years of employment law experience (in-house preferred).
• Experience advising clients, trainings, handling employment litigation, supervising attorneys/staff.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day advice and counsel on labor and employment matters.
• Partner with HR, finance, risk, benefits, and leadership to drive employee relations strategies.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and respond to agency actions and demand letters.
• Supervise external counsel and internal legal staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contract review.
