Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• 8+ years of complex commercial litigation experience; in-house preferred.
• First chair trial experience.
• Collaborative with executive management; adaptable in a fluid environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation and direct outside counsel for major matters.
• Oversee discovery, e-discovery, and records retention programs.
• Develop litigation risk management and prevention strategies.
• Represent the company at mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.
• Advise on contracts, company policies, and training on legal matters.
