Job summary

Lumin People Limited is seeking an In-House Counsel to join its legal team, focusing on project finance and energy transactions in the United States. This is a remote role with occasional travel and the chance to partner with senior stakeholders across the business.

The ideal candidate will have project finance or transactional experience, a BigLaw background preferred, and strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Qualifications
