Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctorate degree (or equivalent) from an ABA accredited law school.
• Licensed in good standing to practice law in at least one State.
• 6+ years of in-house counsel experience with a focus on labor and employment law.
• Experience negotiating and drafting customer terms relating to services, data and information technology.
• Current member of the bar or able to be admitted to the in-house counsel bar.

Aufgaben

• Assist the General Counsel and HR in labor and employment matters.
• Provide in-house legal counsel on labor and employment issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Supervise and evaluate outside counsel on employment matters.
• Educate clients and stakeholders on legal matters, policies and procedures.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements with customers.
• Develop customer-centric solutions balancing compliance and client needs.
