Dynata, LLC (Connecticut) seeks a seasoned in-house Counsel to manage labor and employment matters, supporting the General Counsel and HR in a fast-paced environment. You will provide legal guidance, draft and negotiate agreements, and educate stakeholders on policies and procedures.

The role requires 6+ years of in-house experience in labor/employment law, active bar admission, and ability to collaborate across functions to balance risk and business needs.
