Qualified candidates have a Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school, an active state bar license, and at least five years of contract

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active state bar license in good standing.
• 5+ years of contract negotiation and transactional law experience.
• Willingness to work onsite in City of Industry, CA.
