CDM Technology is seeking an proactive In-House Counsel for an onsite role in Carlsbad, CA. The position focuses on heavy contract review, editing and management, with tight turnaround expectations and close coordination with the CFO and VP of Finance.

Ideal candidates have prior in-house experience, reside in the San Diego/Carlsbad area, and can work onsite roughly four days per week to support deadlines and SEC-related timelines.

Formación

• Previous in-house counsel experience preferred.
• Local to San Diego/Carlsbad and onsite work four days a week.
