Job summary

Respire Homecare Services seeks a Senior Clinical Manager to lead a team of respiratory therapists across the market, drive clinical quality, and partner with referral sources and Sales to grow the business. You will own SOPs, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliant, patient-centered home care.

You will guide hiring, onboarding, and development, while maintaining strong relationships with physicians and care partners to optimize patient journeys.

Qualifications

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist with minimum 2 years of homecare experience.
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program.
• Proven leadership and strong organizational skills.
• Active state licensure in Respiratory Care.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience in acute or critical care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of RTs across the market, handling hiring, onboarding, 1:1s, and performance development.
• Drive clinical quality, SOPs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with referral sources and Sales to drive growth through clinical excellence.
• Manage territory operations, scheduling, productivity, and after-hours on-call coverage.
