Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking a Respiratory Manager to lead clinical respiratory operations across a regional area and to drive growth and development. You will represent AdaptHealth in the community and collaborate with health systems, facilities, and physician offices to ensure excellent patient care and service delivery.

You will supervise the respiratory care staff, manage budgets, ensure regulatory and accreditation standards, and provide ongoing training and performance feedback.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in respiratory program required or AMA approved equivalent.
• CPR certification mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence.
• Two years of direct supervisory experience.
• Clinical experience in respiratory care and patient management.

Responsibilities

• Ensures staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead regional respiratory care operations and develop the region.
• Coordinate with health systems, facilities, and physician offices.
• Plan and manage the respiratory care services budget.
• Supervise delivery and documentation of respiratory care treatments.
• Ensure accreditation, licensing, and quality standards compliance.
• Train and onboard staff, provide ongoing feedback and development.
