Job summary

Respire Homecare Services is seeking a Pediatric Clinical Supervisor to lead daily pediatric respiratory care, coordinate transitions home, and partner with hospital case managers and families to ensure a safe, coordinated care plan.

The role focuses on clinical leadership, caregiver education, and cross‑team collaboration, reporting to the Senior Clinical Manager. Travel to patient homes and Respire locations is required.

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in the state of practice; pediatric or neonatal certification preferred.
• At least three years of respiratory therapy experience, including pediatric or medically complex cases.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in supervision or team leadership; people-management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day pediatric respiratory team operations.
• Coach staff through onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate field schedules, patient visits, and coverage.
• Guide hospital-to-home transitions with caregivers and care teams.
