Job summary

SuperCare Health seeks a Clinical Program & Education Manager to design, scale, and safeguard in-home respiratory care programs. You will bridge clinical strategy with field execution, ensuring programs are compliant, standardized, and delivered across markets.

You’ll lead education initiatives, maintain SOPs, and support accreditation readiness while occasionally providing direct patient care and representing the organization externally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or related field.
• Current RRT licensure.
• 3–5 years in clinical operations management.
• Experience with accreditation surveys (Joint Commission).
• Familiarity with CMS/Medicare payer audits.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Design, scale, and safeguard clinical programs and standards.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and workflows to ensure standardized care.
• Lead accreditation readiness and risk mitigation efforts.
• Provide field education governance for RT leaders and staff.
• Support patient care on an as-needed basis to maintain competency.
• Collaborate with Sales to support provider discussions and outcomes.
• Represent SuperCare Health at industry events and forums.
• Monitor KPIs and drive data-informed improvements.
