McWilliams Heating Cooling Plumbing is seeking a Plumbing Field Sales & Service Technician to drive sales growth by helping customers find the best plumbing solutions for their homes. This senior role requires mentoring other plumbers and performing field-based visits.

You will conduct in-home consultations, present plumbing options, and manage contracts, while training and supporting the team to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Senior plumber with mentoring ability to guide the team.
• Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Valid state plumbing license; Journeyman/Master preferred for this senior role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and close sales for plumbing solutions.
• Present options, pricing, and financing; obtain signed contracts.
• Prospect new business through field-based activities.
• Train, coach, and support other plumbers—ride-alongs and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with team to ensure solutions are delivered and installed correctly.
• Perform non-invasive assessments to support design and quoting.
• Prepare reports and maintain materials.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing needs as needed.
