Open Arms Solutions is hiring compassionate In-Home Caregivers to support seniors in Downtown Chicago and surrounding neighborhoods. You will help older adults stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while building meaningful relationships with clients and families.

Role includes assisting with daily activities, companionship, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience within the past 2 years.
• Valid driver's license or state ID.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Smartphone for communication and care documentation.
• Ability to complete required background screening.
• Dependability, compassion, and a professional approach to client care.

Mansioni

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Prepare meals and encourage hydration.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and activities as needed.
• Observe and report changes in clients' condition.
• Complete basic care documentation.
