Phoenix Contact USA is seeking a Senior IMS Specialist II to lead our Internal Management System (IMS) program, ensuring conformance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. You will drive internal audits, risk assessments, and continual improvement across functions, delivering business value and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes technical leadership without direct people management, requiring strong analytical, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years in integrated management systems, auditing, or continuous improvement
• Certified Internal Auditor or ability to obtain certification within a defined timeframe
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards and their application

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the IMS internal audit program for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
• Provide guidance to leaders and stakeholders on management system requirements
• Plan, conduct, and oversee risk-based internal audits and corrective actions
• Support external certification, surveillance, and customer audits
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem solving
