Job summary

Fluke Corporation, a Fortive company, is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Global Integrated Management Systems and Process Excellence. You will lead the strategic definition, development, and governance of Fluke's Corporate IMS aligned with ISO 9001:2026, 14001, and 45001, partnering with EHS&S leadership to drive enterprise-wide improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
10+ years designing, implementing ISO-based management systems and leading enterprise-level changes.
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification with audits and certifications experience.
Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and process mapping.
Willingness to travel ~15% of the time.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, governance, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Partner with process owners and EHS&S leadership to deploy a unified system across Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety.
Establish governance structures, documentation standards, and performance metrics.
Coordinate internal/external audits and drive corrective actions.
Monitor ISO standard changes and drive system improvements.
