Responsibilities

• Lead plant-wide continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, productivity, and cost using Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies.
• Provide leadership in implementing best practices for the process area.
• Collect, analyze, and model data (OEE, yield, downtime, waste) to quantify losses and track KPIs.
• Serve as SME for appointed areas and participate in plant on-call rotation.
