Job summary

This role requires travel up to 10% and a commitment to safe, sustainable plant operations.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree plus 10+ years of leadership in maintenance.
• Ability to implement maintenance governance in chemical environments.
• Experience managing maintenance, turnaround and capital portfolios.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and obtain TWIC and US driver’s license.
• Experience with budgets and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the site's maintenance excellence strategy to improve reliability and cost performance.
• Advance predictive maintenance programs and asset lifecycle management.
• Oversee turnaround planning and integration with capital projects.
• Optimize contractor utilization and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost-improvement initiatives.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance and support decisions.
• Lead governance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
