Job summary

Mallory Alexander International Logistics is seeking an Import Customs Brokerage Entry Writer to prepare, review, and process import entries and ensure regulatory compliance. The role coordinates clearance, transportation, and delivery of shipments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of U.S. customs knowledge, proficiency in CargoWise One, and strong attention to detail. Bachelor's in Logistics preferred; a Customs Broker License is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field preferred.
• Customs Broker License is a plus, but not required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and Harmonized Tariff Codes.
• Proficiency in CargoWise One is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customs entries for shipments submitted to U.S. Customs.
• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Interface with customers on CBP, OGA delivery and irregularities.
• Track and coordinate shipments with steamship lines, forwarders and CFS.
