Tradewin, a leading international trade compliance consulting firm, seeks a Senior Import Consultant to support clients in navigating U.S. import/export laws. You will research regulations, prepare analyses and memos, and audit entries for regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in import compliance, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and discretion. Growth opportunities and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present regulatory matters clearly and professionally.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. CBP regulations and Partner Government Agency requirements.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, clients, and agencies.
• Research, interpret, and apply U.S. Customs regulations and agency requirements.
• Prepare analyses, opinion letters, and client recommendations with supporting documentation.
• Audit import entries and related documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate importer compliance, identify risks, and suggest corrective actions.
• Manage multiple consulting projects with priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate daily records of project activities and billable time.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.
