Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Director of Implementations to provide strategic leadership for onboarding and continuous improvement across our logistics operations. You will guide senior leadership, IT, Operations, and customers to translate strategy into actionable plans and drive high-impact improvements.

The role requires leading teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering operational excellence while aligning with financial goals and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and project management principles.
• Experience leading complex implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to translate business strategy into actionable operations and plans.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams and stakeholder management.
• Excellent executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead complex customer implementations and operational initiatives meeting SLAs and budgets.
• Partner with senior leadership and customers to identify gaps and develop solutions.
• Champion Lean methodologies and drive enterprise-wide continuous improvement.
• Serve as senior escalation point and prepare customer-facing presentations.
