Job summary

Chariot is seeking a Senior Implementations professional to lead the technical onboarding of nonprofit partners for an innovative payments product. You will oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience and helping to identify improvements for Chariot's offerings.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in technical onboarding or related roles, strong project management abilities, and a passion for enhancing product usability. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare, 18 days PTO, and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technical onboarding, solutions engineering, or implementation roles.
Strong project management skills, managing multiple launches without dropping the ball.
Experience with APIs, integrations, or data pipelines.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding.
Identify friction points during implementation and translate those into product insights.
