Job summary

Leidos is seeking a seasoned Implementations/Activations Network Engineer to support DISA and DISN services at Hill AFB, UT. The role involves overseeing installations, configuring devices, testing networks, and coordinating with DoD stakeholders to ensure end-to-end connectivity.

Required are a BS degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience or a master’s with 6–10 years, along with an active Secret clearance and DoD IAT Level 2 certification.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of network hardware, configurations, testing and industry specs.
• Experience configuring, activating, testing, and analyzing network systems.
• Ability to work in a team but self-driven to complete assignments while improving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and engineers to implement changes per DISA standards.
• Manage service orders and ensure TSOs are accurate for network changes.
• Initiate device configurations and validate customer requirements through testing and documentation.
• Perform monitoring to assess impacts on customer traffic and report findings.
• Engage project managers and customers to resolve unclear requirements and obtain approvals.
