Job summary

Leidos Inc. is seeking an Implementations/ activations Network Engineer at Hill AFB, UT to oversee installation, configuration and activation of DISN-related networks for DoD customers.

This role requires US citizenship and an active Secret clearance, with DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification (Security+ CE or equivalent) and a BS degree with 4–8 years of experience (masters with 2–6 years acceptable).

Qualifications

• Proven network engineering experience with BGP/OSPF and VPNs.
• Active Secret clearance and ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance.
• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and vendors to implement changes and resolve issues.
• Manage Service Orders and ensure TSOs are prepared for scheduled changes.
• Configure network devices and perform ITA/data input for activations.
• Monitor deployed changes to assess impact on customer traffic.
• Engage with project managers and customers to resolve unclear requirements.
• Program circuit activations with vendors for end-to-end connectivity.
