Job Description:

Join the team that delivers actionable insights to empower our customers’ success on a daily basis in the agriculture, energy, weather, and financial analytics markets.

DTN is seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager professional to join our team. This position is responsible for successfully providing consultation, education and implementation of our market leading supply chain products covering software, systems, and services. You will bring the right mix of demonstrated project management capabilities, exceptional organizational and self-management qualities, strong leadership capabilities, and effective written and verbal communication skills. Organizational change management is a plus. Successful candidates must have the ability to understand the business and technical needs of the client, as well as troubleshoot and resolve client issues. The ability to prioritize tasks, effectively manage time, and customer expectations is critical to this position.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Provide consultative support to clients through all stages of implementation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding the client’s high-level vision.
• Conduct frequent, clear, and consistent communication to the client team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Run standup, workgroup meetings, identifying action items and addressing blockers to keep projects on track.
• Frequently evaluate project velocity, project risk, quality, and expectations and coordinate course corrections to ensure client satisfaction.
• Utilize appropriate resources and methods in troubleshooting and investigating software problems for client implementations.
• Facilitate training and provide product demonstrations for clients, team members, and internal personnel.
• Manage multiple projects with multiple clients.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

• 5+ years of experience with project management and coordination experience in software implementation required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of various operating systems, especially Microsoft Windows, as well as general knowledge of data communication protocols required.
• Working knowledge of project and workstream management tools such as Salesforce, Replicon, Confluence, Jira.
• Excellent written communication skills including documenting complex issues succinctly and logically.
• Must be a great listener. Strong at processing input from all stakeholders and converting into action items.
• Inherently curious about how things work and the ability to self-educate when necessary.
• Ability to create and sustain positive working relationships with staff and diverse constituencies.
• Motivator to others.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Must have a passion for technology in general and eager to learn how new emerging technologies can impact businesses and consumers.

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $82,500 and $110,000. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
