Abbott is seeking an Implementation Support Project Manager Sr. for 12 months in Alameda, CA. This 100% onsite role demands proactive scheduling, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure project milestones are met.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple schedules, prepare key documents, and maintain sensitive information while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Program/project management experience in a highly regulated field.
• Knowledge and understanding of project plans, processes and requirements.
• Operates independently and works on own initiative.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Airtable, Microsoft Project, Adobe Acrobat, Visio

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage multiple project schedules and priorities.
• Create, edit, and prepare business documents, presentations, and other departmental materials.
• Handle confidential or business-sensitive information.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and resolve them.
• Document and archive project team activities and decisions; act as primary contact for project team related information.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, alignment with stakeholders, and decision making.
• Assist functional groups to complete tasks per the approved timeline.
