TigerConnect is seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead customer deployments of our clinical collaboration platform across healthcare organizations. The role focuses on managing end-to-end implementation, training, and post-launch enhancements to maximize value and ROI for customers.

• Bachelor's degree in a business/engineering or related field.
• PM certification (e.g., PMP, CSM) is preferred.
• Extensive experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of TigerConnect solutions from initiation to closure.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans.
• Establish communication with stakeholders and provide status reporting.
• Direct project teams, manage resources, and promote collaboration.
• Drive organizational change management and user training for successful onboarding.
• Deliver reports with budget, metrics, and insights for leadership.
