TigerConnect is hiring a Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead the deployment of our clinical workflow solutions for healthcare customers. You will guide projects from initiation to closure, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and partner with product, engineering, and clinical teams to ensure successful outcomes.

You will drive organizational change management, onboard users, and deliver clear executive-level reporting, while maintaining PMO standards and high-quality delivery across

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of comparable project management experience, enterprise PMO in healthcare or SaaS
• Proficiency with project planning, research, and analysis
• Experience delivering Organizational Change Management as part of projects
• Ability to present to executives and stakeholders clearly
• PM certification preferred (PMP, CSM, etc.)

Aufgaben

• Lead TigerConnect software implementations from initiation to closure
• Manage project risks, budgets, scope, and timelines
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and clinical teams for delivery
• Drive organizational change management and customer onboarding
• Provide status reporting and executive-level metrics and insights
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards and quality assurance
