Job summary

Sci-Rec is seeking an Implementation Success Manager to drive onboarding, integration, and adoption of our enterprise AI platform in behavioral health. You will translate provider workflows into AI-driven automation and ensure rapid time-to-value for clients.

The role requires strong technical literacy, experience with CRM and analytics tools, and superb communication to align product, sales, and engineering in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementing SaaS into healthcare environments.
• Strong technical literacy, including understanding of AI/LLM concepts.
• Experience using CRM and analytics tools to track adoption and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.

Responsibilities
