We’re looking for an experienced Senior Implementation Manager to lead complex software implementations and bring our innovative cancer intelligence solution to life at new customer sites.
You will have primary responsibility for our customer activities which include:
As a member of the Customer Success team, you will help build the foundation of our function, including developing key processes, implementing new tools, and expanding our customer success playbooks that enable us to scale to meet demand.

About You:
The base salary for this role is $150-170k annually with an equity component. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise & may vary from the amount above.
