We’re looking for an experienced Senior Implementation Manager to lead complex software implementations and bring our innovative cancer intelligence solution to life at new customer sites.

You will have primary responsibility for our customer activities which include:

  • Driving implementation and adoption of our solutions throughout the customer enterprise
  • Forming relationships with customer leadership, including C-suite, department heads, and other clinical and technical thought leadership
  • Lead Steering/Operational committees to status progress, roadmap activities, and address risk
  • Jointly (with customer), identify, report, and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as a function of efficiencies in workflow and outcomes

As a member of the Customer Success team, you will help build the foundation of our function, including developing key processes, implementing new tools, and expanding our customer success playbooks that enable us to scale to meet demand.

What you will do:

  • You will lead customer implementations from planning through go-live for Ronin’s healthcare provider customers
  • You will drive progress against the plan, ensuring that the project is delivered effectively
  • You will own customer interactions at all levels of their organizations and lead external meetings; you will create the content needed to inform, persuade, and motivate customers through implementation and adoption of Ronin solutions
  • You will form lasting relationships with customer executive and clinical leadership in support of delivering value to our customer
  • You will proactively identify and creatively address roadblocks along the way
  • You will collaborate with Ronin’s Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Business Development teams to deliver on customer and company needs
  • You will ensure that projects drive meaningful and positive business metrics for our customers
  • You will mentor your Ronin colleagues, contribute to our inclusive and collaborative culture, and bring your full, authentic self to work

What we are looking for:

  • Experience that demonstrates healthcare implementation and relationship management, where you have been responsible for the overall success of your customer(s)
  • Healthcare Clinical Software Implementation Expertise - Deep experience delivering solutions to healthcare providers (MDs, RNs, etc.)
  • Commitment to Excellence - Delivering high quality, polished materials is a must
  • Stellar Interpersonal Skills - Ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels, both externally and internally, technical and non-technical
  • Record of Successful Project Management - You design and drive initiatives to successful results
  • Bias To Action - Proactive mindset, scrappiness and ownership
  • Positive Energy - Ability to have fun, laugh and enjoy the work we do together

About You:

  • You are a proactive problem solver who has experience working at an early-stage startup
  • You are tech savvy, able to expertly navigate Google Suite, JIRA, Confluence, and sSlack
  • You can work independently and know when to collaborate with cross-functionally
  • You have 7+ years of experience leading providers through customer success relationships and software implementations
  • You have worked with EHRs and been involved in data integrations and configurations
Given that our customers are health systems, we are looking for a candidate who can fulfill the requirements of occasional travel (25-50%) to our partners. This travel is essential to understand their unique needs and foster strong relationships with our valued clients.

The base salary for this role is $150-170k annually with an equity component. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise & may vary from the amount above.
