Senior Consultants / Implementation Managers lead the implementation of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS). Their responsibilities include defining client requirements, configuring and tuning the application to meet business and technical needs, training users, testing workflows, and resolving issues before going live. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the financial industry, working for a consultancy or software vendor. Experience leading the implementation of Front, Middle, or Back Office Investment Management systems is highly valued. Candidates with exceptional implementation consulting skills and experience in Capital Markets or other Financial IT projects will also be considered.
The team you will join is part of Charles River Development (CRD), now part of State Street since 2018. CRD develops enterprise investment management software for large institutions in areas such as institutional investment, wealth management, and hedge funds. We launched State Street Alpha, the first open front-to-back platform, in 2019. Experience managing and leading the implementation of Front, Middle, or Back Office Investment Management systems. Minimum of 5 years in implementing mission-critical financial solutions, with experience in post-trade workflows, middle-office workflows, and investment management software. Proficiency in SQL, understanding of technical architectures, and strong customer service skills are essential. Ability to work within a team, manage multiple projects, and demonstrate problem-solving skills are also required.
Willingness to travel 30-50% across the US and Canada and work remotely when necessary.
