What We Are Looking For

Senior Consultants / Implementation Managers lead the implementation of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS). Their responsibilities include defining client requirements, configuring and tuning the application to meet business and technical needs, training users, testing workflows, and resolving issues before going live. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the financial industry, working for a consultancy or software vendor. Experience leading the implementation of Front, Middle, or Back Office Investment Management systems is highly valued. Candidates with exceptional implementation consulting skills and experience in Capital Markets or other Financial IT projects will also be considered.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  1. Leading or contributing to CRIMS implementations, analyzing requirements, and ensuring solutions meet customer needs.
  2. Supporting other Professional Services team members and sharing best practices.
  3. Analyzing customer requirements, responding to sales opportunities, and executing proof-of-concept projects.
  4. Educating customers on CRIMS functionalities and advising on best practices.
  5. Monitoring customer requirements for potential enhancements and communicating product improvements.
  6. Supporting software quality by communicating defects and validating fixes.
What We Value

Experience managing and leading the implementation of Front, Middle, or Back Office Investment Management systems. Minimum of 5 years in implementing mission-critical financial solutions, with experience in post-trade workflows, middle-office workflows, and investment management software. Proficiency in SQL, understanding of technical architectures, and strong customer service skills are essential. Ability to work within a team, manage multiple projects, and demonstrate problem-solving skills are also required.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Four-year degree in Finance, Mathematical Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science; advanced degrees or CFA certification are a plus.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
Additional Requirements

Willingness to travel 30-50% across the US and Canada and work remotely when necessary.

Salary Range

$110,000 - $170,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
