Role Overview:

Our client is looking for a NetSuite Implementation Manager/Sr. Manager to join their Business Transformation Team. You will own the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite ERP, serving as the strategic lead for planning, configuration, integration, data migration, and go-live support. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of NetSuite ERP implementation projects from discovery through post-go-live.
• Translate business needs into functional NetSuite solutions, customizing workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Manage internal and external project resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate data migration, system testing, user training, and change management efforts.
• Act as a NetSuite subject matter expert, providing ongoing optimization and support post-implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments.

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
• Deep understanding of NetSuite modules
• Experience managing cross-functional ERP projects in mid-sized to large organizations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical solutions.
• NetSuite certifications are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
