As the Implementation Director, you will lead a program focused on developing processes, executing strategies, and optimizing the Operations function. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the effectiveness and successful adoption of the PlanSource program. You will coordinate with stakeholders across PlanSource, design enterprise customer and partner strategies, and support team members in driving overall program optimization.
In addition, your responsibilities will include:
- Program Monitoring: Ensure customer and business goals are met regarding metrics, outcomes, and efficiency.
- Corporate Objectives: Contribute to overall corporate goals.
- Scalable Initiatives: Oversee initiatives to ensure they meet scalable requirements, accommodating unique company needs while maintaining high quality and efficiency for PlanSource customers.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead discussions and projects to align on strategic or tactical program requirements.
- Process Optimization: Transform complex business processes into systematic and efficient workflows.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve complex issues, manage competing priorities with diplomacy and flexibility, and maintain attention to timelines and expected results.
- Consensus Building: Build consensus on key initiatives across multiple departments by working effectively with multi-disciplined teams.
- Relationship Management: Establish productive relationships with cross-functional contacts and coordinate the introduction of new internal or external contacts within PlanSource.
- Project Management: Build project timelines, manage meetings and deliverables, prepare agendas, document meeting notes, and track issues using various project management tools.
- Information Coordination: Collect and communicate information with appropriate departments within PlanSource, our customers, and third-party vendors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Go to Market, and Customer Success teams to secure resources, ensure collaboration, and inform strategy development for the PlanSource program.
- Reporting: Provide updates to external and internal teams or management.
- SOP Maintenance: Contribute to and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other processes in accordance with the program.
- Training: Complete job-related training courses and seminars as required.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as deemed necessary by management.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of driving program success through effective collaboration and process optimization.

Qualifications
- 10 years of experience of related work experience.
- Experience working directly for or with insurance carriers and also insurance brokers is also highly relevant.
- Demonstrated ability in driving performance, consistently producing superior results, cultivating ownership while enforcing company policies.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence drive action. A collaborative management style and a strong customer service orientation.
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and concepts.
