Job summary

Prime Team Partners in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer to lead customer deployments from kickoff through production launch. This hands-on role focuses on integrations, configuration, and solving technical challenges to ensure customer success.

You will own implementations end-to-end, build production-grade integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful deployments and customer outcomes.

• Experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations end-to-end, including discovery, data integrations, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Build and maintain production-grade integrations and custom solutions.
• Partner directly with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in customer environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to improve implementation processes and customer outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Experience integrating with HR, payroll, benefits, or HRIS platforms.
• Startup experience and a track record of owning customer outcomes.
