Job summary

Metriport is looking for a Senior Implementation Engineer to manage customer onboarding and ensure customer success through technical guidance and relationship management. You will lead team performance against KPIs, conduct discovery calls with customers, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. This role offers competitive equity and a flexible work environment.

You should have full-stack experience, preferably in a healthcare-oriented role, and be comfortable engaging deeply with customer needs and requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing customer relationships and providing technical support.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug customer issues.
• Familiarity with healthcare-related terminologies is a plus.

Responsibilities
