Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of related experience, or Master's with 3+ years.
• 3+ years of account management, relationship management, or product management in a technology/SaaS environment.
• Hands-on EDI experience including data mapping and X12 transaction sets.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP implementation or configuration.
• Strong relationship-building and clear communication with clients and partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
