Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or Master's degree and 3+ years of related experience.
• Hands-on EDI experience including data mapping and X12 transaction sets.
• Demonstrated expertise with the NetSuite ERP system, including implementation or configuration experience.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical integration deliveries for SPS Commerce clients.
• Serve as the primary escalation point between clients and SPS partners.
• Map data and configure NetSuite ERP to client requirements.
• Coordinate with third parties, consultants, VARs, and adapter or application providers to ensure success.
