Job summary

SPS Commerce, a leading cloud-based supply chain management provider, is seeking an Associate Consultant I to support implementations by configuring systems, testing data flows, and helping customers get up and running.

You will join our Customer Success team, collaborate with experienced consultants and project managers, and develop the technical and communication skills needed to grow in a consulting career. This hybrid role is based in Minneapolis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and interest in learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical implementation of SPS products, including system configuration and testing.
• Partner with customers to understand operational needs and confirm implementation requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver successful implementations.
• Track project progress, manage tasks, and communicate status updates to customers and internal partners.
• Build and maintain working knowledge of retailer requirements, industry standards, and SPS solutions.
• Train customers on product usage, best practices, and partner compliance.
