Job summary

SPS Commerce is seeking a Sr. Implementation Specialist for the Mid-Market team to own the delivery of technical integration solutions for clients. You will be the primary escalation point between the client and SPS partners, building strong relationships and ensuring implementations meet goals.

The role requires hands-on EDI experience with data mapping and X12, plus NetSuite ERP implementation knowledge, in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Remote or hybrid work from Minneapolis HQ is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in SaaS implementation or account management.
• Hands-on EDI experience including data mapping and X12 transaction sets.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP implementation or configuration.
• Strong relationship-building and clear communication with clients and partners.
• Knowledge of supply chain tech and the retail/wholesale ecosystem.

• Build strong relationships with customers and SPS partners.
• Ensure implementations are executed with accuracy, urgency, and on schedule.
