Job summary

The company is seeking an Implementation Manager to analyze cross-reference data and customer spend against compliance, collaborating with Sales and Marketing on implementation planning and standardization. You will lead implementation discussions with customers, define paths to achieve financial targets, and coordinate the internal and external project management of product conversions.

The role requires five+ years in Healthcare Marketing or Sales, a bachelor's degree, and strong data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five or more years of experience in Healthcare Marketing or Sales.
Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Monitors spend against compliance targets and collaborates with Pricing and Sales on contract goals.
Collaborates with customer representatives and Sales to build an implementation/conversion plan.
Tracks progress against conversion plans and ensures milestones are met.
Ensures quality cross-reference data is received and returned to customers/prospects.
Assists with creating sales presentations and monthly business reviews; pulls reports and updates PowerPoint.
Logs all customer interactions in Salesforce.com.
Communicates inventory forecasts to Supply Chain via Salesforce and other channels.
Identifies standardization opportunities in customer cross files and works with Sales to convert to Secure products.
Reports progress on implementations, challenges, and revenue.
Coordinates internal implementation stakeholders and leads weekly/bi-weekly progress meetings.
