Job summary

MetLife in Tampa seeks an implementation leader in Group Benefits to manage end-to-end client setup for 2–999 lives. You will oversee timelines, coordinate with clients, producers, sales, and client services, gather information, resolve issues, and lead meetings to ensure clear responsibilities and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of professional experience.

• Ability to multitask with tight deadlines and ad hoc issue resolutions.
• Ability to modify and develop procedures to meet reporting needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees case setup information and ensures data accuracy for internal setup teams.
• Works with Contracts/Compliance to create policies and agreements that comply with legal standards.
• Explain products, services and key workflow processes to customers for successful implementation.
• Supports post-sale activities related to new set-ups and client case conversions.
• Facilitate weekly check-ins and coordinate with units to ensure timely, accurate implementations.
• May participate in plan design and administrative services discussions.
