Job summary

Metriport is seeking a generalist full-stack engineer to join our SF Bay Area team. You will own end-to-end projects from ideation to production, collaborating across product, design, and data teams to ship scalable healthcare data solutions.

You will work with React, Node.js, and TypeScript in a cloud-first environment, participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to a fast-moving, high-autonomy culture where impact drives decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
• Based in San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate.
• Experience with React, Node.js, and TypeScript is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects end-to-end from ideation to production rollout.
• Review PRs and ensure quality while moving quickly.
• Manage your work in Linear and participate in sprint planning and retros.
• Attend a daily 7:30am PST stand-up and participate in on-call rotation.
• Collaborate across teams to transform healthcare data and APIs for customers.
