Job summary

Metriport Inc. in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an Implementation Engineer to help customers integrate our data platform and achieve production-ready workflows. You will serve as the primary contact, gather requirements, and guide integrations from onboarding to production.

You will collaborate with engineering and customer teams, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless APIs while participating in weekly and quarterly planning in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience supporting software implementation.
• Full-stack experience: React, TypeScript, Node.js.
• Located in San Francisco Bay Area (or willing to relocate).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the partnership.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand use cases and success criteria.
• Participate in weekly syncs with onboarding customers to ensure value and integration.
• Troubleshoot and debug customer issues with engineering involvement as needed.
• Manage requests and coordinate with engineering to communicate resolutions.
