Job summary

Praxy is seeking a Stock Plan Implementation Specialist to onboard new clients by configuring data, conducting conversions, and delivering training for equity compensation platforms. You will collaborate with clients and broker-dealer partners to ensure accurate implementation and a smooth transition to the platform.

Responsibilities include planning input, data questions, plan setup, vesting schedules, portal configurations, and preparing training materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, CS, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience with equity or stock plan administration systems preferred.
  • Strong data analysis, conversion, and validation skills.
  • Knowledge of financial transactions, cap tables, and equity compensation concepts.
  • Proficiency with database configuration and system setup.
  • Excellent communication for training clients and explaining technical concepts clearly.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client implementations.

  • Train new clients on stock plan system functionality.
  • Complete implementation checklists.
  • Oversee adherence to ESPS Data Classification and Information Handling Procedures.

This role supports the successful onboarding of new clients by managing data conversion, system configuration, and client training for equity and stock plan systems. The position collaborates closely with clients, internal teams, and broker-dealer partners to ensure accurate implementation and a smooth transition to the platform.

What you will do
  • Provide input to work planning and timelines for new client implementation
  • Communicate with clients to resolve data-related questions
  • Perform data conversion and import work for new clients, including quality review of stock plan–specific data and scenarios such as Equity plan grant data, Exercise and cancel transaction data, Cap table issuance and transaction data and Fair value and stock-based compensation expense data
  • Configure the Empower Stock Plan Services database for new clients, including Plan setup and parameters, Client vesting schedules, Client termination schedules, Participant portal configuration, Broker portal and model configuration
  • Coordinate with broker-dealer teams (internal and external) on client brokerage configuration, account setup, and initial share balances
  • Participate in client implementation communications and calls
  • Design and document implementation processes
  • Develop client training plans and materials
  • Train new clients on stock plan system functionality
  • Complete implementation checklists
  • Oversee adherence of the Implementation team to Employee Stock Plan Services (ESPS) Data Classification and Information Handling Procedures
What you will bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with equity or stock plan administration systems strongly preferred
  • Strong skills in data analysis, conversion, and validation
  • Knowledge of financial transactions, cap tables, and equity compensation concepts
  • Proficiency with database configuration and system setup
  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to train clients and explain technical concepts clearly
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools

Base Salary Range

$72,200.00 - $101,975.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
