Job summary

GHX is seeking an Implementation Consultant III to manage product implementations for provider customers in a high-energy, collaborative environment. You will deliver instructor-led training, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure data accuracy using Excel and Access while driving timely project milestones.

You will interpret customer needs, apply AI-powered analytics where appropriate, and travel up to 15% to support client implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in an implementation or project management role in a healthcare IT or supply chain organization.
• Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain, EDI, project delivery and system to system integration.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare procure-to-pay and supply chain operations.
• Ability to interpret business needs with the goal of implementing products that will meet or exceed customer’s goals and objectives.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% annually.

Responsibilities

• Customer Focus: implement GHX products to deliver value and optimize utilization.
• Lead instructor-led training sessions and participate in test plans.
• Perform data review and feedback to customers and internal teams.
• Manage project status, risks and cross-team coordination to meet objectives.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Create, organize and maintain implementation documentation with shared ownership.
